A Project
A Living Systems Laboratory for Regenerative Cultures.
Regenera is a community-driven initiative weaving local projects into a global network of interconnected, transformational communities — places where people heal, grow food, raise children, and live in deeper relationship with each other and the earth.
Mission
"To create a global network of transformational communities — fostering resilient and interconnected life on planet earth."
What We Do
We function as a beta laboratory for experimental community initiatives — running real-world experiments in living, working, and being together regeneratively.
We publish what we learn as open-source blueprints — so other community projects can adopt, adapt, and accelerate the work.
Research Pillars
Exploring vulnerable communication, emotional transparency, and addressing patterns rooted in fear and disconnection.
Experimenting with non-traditional approaches to resource sharing, collective money management, and cultural conditioning around ownership.
Developing collaborations within local and digital networks while sharing research in accessible formats.
My Role
As a co-creator of Regenera, I support communities, organizations, and teams in building healthier relational cultures and more resilient systems of collaboration.
Our consulting work includes conflict transformation, communication tools, facilitation, group process design, leadership development, emotional intelligence, and regenerative culture-building.
We work with intentional communities, retreat centers, organizations, and mission-driven teams seeking deeper alignment between their values and how they live and work together.
